In our practice we develop nutrition plans that medically sound, relevant to sport and realisable in everyday life are.

How laboratory values can influence nutrition
Your blood values say more about your metabolism than many people realise. They are particularly important:
Glucose, HbA1c & Insulin → show how your body processes sugar
Vitamin D & B12 → Influence energy, immune defence and mood
Ferritin & Iron → Important for oxygen transport & performance
Cholesterol & triglycerides → provide information on fat utilisation and cardiometabolic stress
Hormone status (e.g. testosterone, cortisol) → Relevant for hunger, regeneration, muscle building
Nutrition works not isolated - but in conjunction with your training level, your goals and your laboratory values.

Frequently asked questions
Our practice focuses on your health and well-being.

For whom is a personalised nutrition plan useful?
For anyone who wants to improve their health, body composition or athletic performance - whether beginner or professional.
How does your plan differ from traditional diets?
Our work is evidence-based and laboratory-supported - no bans, no fad diets, just a system that suits your body.
Do I have to have my blood values determined for this?
Yes - the values are the basis of the plan. This allows us to recognise deficiencies, imbalances or hormonal influences and take targeted action.
How does the process work?
Blood sampling → 2. evaluation → 3. medical discussion → 4. plan preparation → 5. follow-up check
Do I also get a food diary or tools for implementation?
On request, we can provide you with a digital or printed food diary. Alternatively, we can integrate apps for tracking.
Can I also have the plan designed to be vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free?
Naturally. We consider all forms of nutrition - as long as they are medically justifiable and match your values.
How often should the plan be adjusted?
An update is advisable every 8-12 weeks - depending on the development of your goals and training. Changes in everyday life (job, sleep, stress) can also have an impact.
Is the plan covered by health insurance?
No - this is a Private medical self-payer service according to GOÄ. Private insurers cover these in many cases, statutory insurers generally do not.
Do I have to count calories?
No - not necessarily. On request, we work with portion recommendations, practical everyday tips and flexible meal guidelines.
Is this also suitable for people without a sporting focus?
Yes - people with health problems (e.g. fatigue, digestion, intolerances) also benefit from a medically supervised diet.
